Karachi: Sindh government denies lockdown rumors due to Coronavirus in Karachi
According to details, Information Minister Sindh Nasir Hussain Shah denied the rumors of lockdown and said that there was no authenticity in the news circulating on social media.
Nasir Hussain Shah said that there was no lockdown situation and there was no problem. All the steps of the government have been taken as a precautionary measure
Sindh Information Minister said that in this regard, the Chief Minister Sindh has directed the Chief Secretary to write a letter to the FIA, asking them to file cases under cybercrime against those who spread rumors. He added that the public is confident that the government is capable of solving problems
It is to be noted that after the emergence of one more case in the federal capital, and two more cases of Coronavirus in Karachi, the total number of patients in the country has reached 31, of which one woman is in critical condition. Educational institutions, wedding halls, and cinemas have been closed to prevent the spread of the virus while public gatherings and celebrations have been banned.
