The Epidemic Diseases Amendment Act has been enacted across Sindh
KARACHI: Barrister Murtaza Wahab has said that after the approval of Governor Sindh, the Epidemic Diseases Amendment Act has been enacted across Sindh. Violation of the Epidemic Diseases Act will result in heavy fines.
According to details, Sindh government spokesman Barrister Murtaza Wahab said in a video statement that after the approval of Sindh Governor, the Epidemic Diseases Amendment Act has been enacted across Sindh.
Barrister Murtaza Wahab said that there would be heavy fines for violating the Epidemic Diseases Act.
The spokesperson said that the purpose of the law is to create awareness among the citizens about the implementation of precautionary measures. The Sindh government is taking serious steps to prevent coronation.
He said that we all have to abide by the Epidemic Diseases Amendment Act, this law will come into force even after opening a banned business, let’s prove that we are law-abiding citizens to end this epidemic.
It may be recalled that after the amendment in the Sindh Epidemic Diseases Act 2014 was sent to the Governor of Sindh, which was passed, the purpose of the amended ordinance was to make action possible in case of obstruction and spread of the corona epidemic.
