Corona cases are on the rise in rural areas of Sindh, Chief Minister Sindh said
KARACHI: Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah has said that 34 more patients died from corona in Sindh after which the number of deaths from corona in the province rose to 1747.
According to ARY News, Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah while talking to media said that cases of corona are increasing in rural areas of Sindh.
He said that at present 41634 patients of Karuna are undergoing treatment, 39967 patients are at home and 402 are in isolation centers.
The Chief Minister Sindh said that the condition of 743 patients is said to be critical, 109 patients of Karuna are on ventilators, today 1274 patients of Karuna have recovered.
Murad Ali Shah said that the recovery rate of Karuna patients in Sindh has reached 58%.
In the last 24 hours, 2,752 new cases of corona have been reported in the country, while another 65 patients have died.
According to an update released by the National Command and Operations Center, the new and deadly virus has infected 249,351 people across Pakistan, bringing the death toll to 5,123.
