Sindh government decides to increase tests in hotspot areas of COVID 19
KARACHI: The Sindh government has decided to increase the number of tests in the hotspot areas of Kovid 19 and also directed to expedite the testing process.
According to details, an important meeting was held under the chairmanship of Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah in which the Karuna situation and other issues including cattle markets were discussed.
Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah has said that the Sindh government is conducting free tests and we will do more. The Chief Minister also directed to send messages on mobile phones to the people regarding the epidemic.
The death toll from the corona in Pakistan has risen to 5,386
During the meeting, the Sindh Chief Minister directed to open cattle markets across the province.
Children were barred from entering cattle markets. Cattle markets across Sindh will be opened under SOPs. Cattle market managers will be required to implement SOPs.
Murad Ali Shah said that SOPs related to cattle markets would be launched and people should refrain from going to cattle markets. It has been decided to deploy mobile teams for corona test in cattle markets. Mobile teams will conduct crony tests of traders and buyers in cattle markets.
