ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan has convened a meeting of the National Coordinating Committee today, in which a decision on opening schools, wedding halls and entertainment venues is expected.
According to details, Prime Minister Imran Khan has convened a meeting of the National Coordination Committee. The NCC meeting will be held immediately after the Council of Common Interests, which will be attended by Chief Ministers of the provinces and military officials.
According to sources, the implementation report on the decisions of the NCOC will be presented in the meeting, important decisions are also likely in the context of the current situation of coronavirus.
According to sources, the meeting is expected to decide on opening schools, wedding halls and entertainment venues, while SOPs will also be reviewed with regard to Muharram.
It may be recalled that the 42nd meeting of the Council of Common Interests is underway under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Imran Khan, in which the Council of Common Interests will consider a national-level strategy against Corona.
Earlier, a meeting of the NCOC was held under the chairmanship of Federal Minister Asad Omar, in which it was stated that there has been a marked reduction in the spread of Corona across the country and a decline in the implementation of public price operations.
Federal Minister Asad Omar said that coronavirus has not been completely eradicated from the country, corona can be saved by implementing SOPs.
