Admission Medical Colleges news regarding Entry test on October 18
KARACHI: The Sindh High Court (SHC) has barred medical colleges from taking the entrance test on October 18 and said that the entrance test could not be taken till the final decision on the applications.
According to details, a hearing was held in the Sindh High Court regarding the controversy over the entrance test for admission in MBBS.
The court issued notices to Advocate General Sindh and others on the petitions and adjourned the hearing till October 22.
It may be recalled that a petition was filed in the Sindh High Court against the admission of MBBS by the federation and Sindh province separately, in which it was said that after the abolition of PMDC, the federation and the province Controversy has arisen over MBBS admissions, there is intense unrest among students due to controversy over MBBS admissions, no policy.
The petition said that different universities of the province and the federation have announced different dates for the entrance test for medical admission. The federation has issued syllabuses for the entrance test while the province has not yet been informed about the test. The policy of admissions in MBBS should be sought from the federation and the province.
It may be recalled that the Pakistan Medical Commission has said that the entrance examination for medical and dental colleges will be held in the second week of October.Admission Medical Colleges news regarding Entry test on October 18
