When will the decision to close educational institutions be made?

KARACHI: Sindh Education Minister Saeed Ghani has said that the decision on whether to close educational institutions or not will be taken after November 23.
According to details, Sindh Education Minister Saeed Ghani in his statement on social networking website Twitter said that today’s meeting of the Education Steering Committee was a consultative meeting, in which members were consulted in detail on the suggestions given by the federal government close educational institutions The decision not to close will be taken after consultation with the health department and a November 23 meeting of the federal government.
It may be recalled that a meeting of the steering committee of the Education Department was held under the chairmanship of Sindh Education and Labor Minister Saeed Ghani. The meeting was attended by Sindh Education Secretary Ahmed Bakhsh Narejo, Secretary Colleges Sindh Syed Baqir Naqvi Committee members, including chairmen and secretaries of boards and universities, attended.
The meeting directed the public and private educational institutions to ensure implementation of SOPs across Sindh. However, the meeting of the steering committee ended without any result. The string committee of the education department has not taken any final decision regarding the winter holidays. Could not close educational institutions
The proposals of the meeting will be sent to the Chief Minister of Sindh while the representatives of private schools suggested not to close the school. The Minister of Education informed the participants of the meeting that only the proposals have been considered today and no final decision has been taken. The decision should be taken at the NCOC meeting.
It was decided at the meeting that no winter vacation would be held at present and the final decision would be taken in the light of the NCOC meeting.
