Michael Jackson last residence sold for billions of rupees

Singer Michael Jackson’s luxurious California home, Newland Ranch, was bought by fellow billionaire businessman Ron Berkeley.
According to the international media, this magnificent house spread over an area of 2700 acres in Los Olivis near Santa Barbara of the late singer was finally sold.
Michael’s property has been sold for 22 22 million, more than 3.5 billion Pakistani rupees) to Ron Berkeley, a former partner and co-founder of the investment firm Eucapia Companies.
Michael Jackson’s home was valued at 100 100 million in 2016, with an estimated value of 67 67 million a year later.
The property has a 12,500-square-foot central residence and a 3,700-square-foot pool house, as well as a separate building with a 50-seat movie theater and dance studio.
Other farm features include a Disney-style train station, firehouse and warehouse.
A spokesman for buyer Berkeley says some billionaires are looking at Lake Zika, which is adjacent to the house.
Berkeley decided to buy the property after an aerial survey.
