Petrol and diesel prices rising from January 1

Karachi: Petrol and diesel prices are likely to go up from January 1.
Sources said that from January 1, the price of petrol could go up by Rs 2.76 per liter while the price of diesel could go up by Rs 3.12 per liter.
OGRA has sent a summary of changes in prices of petroleum products to the Petroleum Division for 15 days from January 1.
The government announced the prices of petroleum products
According to sources, the government had on December 15 increased the price of petrol by Rs 3 per liter and diesel by the same amount.
On December 15, the new price of petrol was fixed at Rs 103.69 per liter and the new price of diesel at Rs 108.44 per liter.
It should be noted that the final decision on the prices of petroleum products will be taken by the Ministry of Finance in consultation with the Prime Minister.
