Air Sial has announced to operate flights from Karachi to Sialkot
KARACHI: Air Sial has announced to operate flights from Karachi to Sialkot from February 26. Bilateral flights will be operated from Karachi to Sialkot on Monday and Friday.
According to details, Air Sial, while announcing to operate flights from Karachi to Sialkot from February 26, said that 2 flights a week would be operated from Karachi to Sialkot.
Air Sial will operate two-way flights from Karachi to Sialkot on Monday and Friday and Airbus will operate 320 aircraft for Sialkot sector.
It may be recalled that in early December 2020, the federal cabinet had approved the license of private airline and on December 9, Prime Minister Imran Khan inaugurated Air Sia, fulfilling the long-cherished dream of Sialkot industrialists.
The licensed airline Air Sia is the brainchild of members of the Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry, who launched the project following the success of their first initiative, Sialkot International Airport Limited.
Air Sia’s fleet includes three Airbus A320-200s with a seating capacity of 180 passengers.
