Civil Awards for Muhammad Ali Sadpara and Sajid Sadpara

Skardu: Gilgit-Baltistan Tourism Minister Nasir Ali Khan while announcing civil awards for Muhammad Ali Sadpara and Sajid Sadpara said that Skardu Airport has been proposed to be attributed to Ali Sadpara.
According to details, Gilgit-Baltistan Tourism Minister Nasir Ali Khan while talking to media said that the government, Pakistan Army and their families have come to the conclusion that missing climbers are no more in the world, Muhammad Ali Sadpara and Sajid Sadpara will be awarded civil honors.
Minister for Tourism GB said that the federal government has proposed to link Skardu Airport with Ali Sadpara, a mountaineering school will be established in the name of Ali Sadpara.
Nasir Ali Khan said that the government pays homage to the services of national hero Muhammad Ali Sadpara, the government will provide financial and moral support to the family of national hero Ali Sadpara and educational scholarships will be given to the children of national heroes.
He further said that a law would be enacted to provide sustenance to the families of accident victims.
Earlier, Sajid Sadpara, son of a Pakistani mountaineer, while confirming his father’s death, said that no trace of his father and other climbers could be found. Muhammad Ali Sadpara did not stay with us.
Muhammad Ali Sadpara’s son thanked the government and the army for their co-operation in the search operation and said that in this hour of need, the nation encouraged him, he would continue his father’s mission and fulfill his dream.
