A web-based retailer was slapped with a high quality by a client courtroom in Karachi on Thursday for delivering worn-out garments to a buyer.

The petitioner, a girl, stated the outlet had given her torn garments as an alternative of latest ones and because of this she was unable to attend an occasion.

The courtroom imposed a complete high quality of Rs30,000 on the web retailer and ordered it to supply the client with new garments.

The courtroom remarked if the high quality isn’t paid, it may impose additional penalties. “Folks come to the judiciary for justice, and other people concerned in on-line fraud can’t be given an exemption.”
