PTI chief Jahangir Tareen invited lawmakers to dinner on Friday at his Lahore residence, sources mentioned.

In accordance with sources inside Home Tareen, greater than 29 members of the nationwide and provincial assemblies attended the gathering. Amongst them, eight have been from the Nationwide Meeting, two have been provincial ministers, 4 have been provincial advisors and 21 have been members of the Punjab Meeting.

The sources mentioned that others there included Khurram Laghari, Aslam Bharwana, Nazeer Chohan, Asif Majeed, Bilal Waraich, Umar Aftab, Tahir Randhawa, Zawar Waraich, Nazeer Baloch, Ameen Chaudhry, Sajjad Waraich, Saman Naeem, Iftikhar Gondal and Aun Chaudhry.

Later, Nauman Langrial and Zawar Waraich spoke to the media.

“Jahangir Tareen is our asset. Justice should be served,” mentioned Langrial.

He mentioned that the lawmakers will collectively go to Prime Minister Imran Khan and ask that that is ensured.

Waraich mentioned that “no matter is going on with Jahangir Tareen is unjust and we now have gathered right here in a present of solidarity”.

He mentioned that whereas Pakistan has not less than 80 sugar mills, circumstances are “solely being made towards Jahangir Tareen”.
