ISTANBUL: Turkey stated Tuesday a global peace convention on Afghanistan scheduled for April 24 in Istanbul has been postponed till mid-Could.
“We determined to postpone the talks” till celebrations for the holy month of Ramadan finish in mid-Could, Overseas Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu advised HaberTurk tv in an interview.
