NEW DELHI: India has proposed to host a gathering of the nationwide safety advisers (NSA) of key stakeholder nations to addresses the humanitarian disaster and focus on the evolving scenario in Afghanistan.
In line with a report revealed in India As we speak, invites for the assembly have been prolonged to key stakeholders within the area, together with Russia, China, and Pakistan.
New Delhi has proposed two dates – November 10 and 11 – for the NSA assembly.
In the meantime, India will take part within the Moscow Format assembly on Afghanistan on October 20, its Ministry of Exterior Affairs mentioned on Thursday.
Ministry of Exterior Affairs spokesperson Arindam Bagchi mentioned that India’s coverage in direction of Afghanistan is guided by its friendship with the Afghan folks.
Earlier this month, International Secretary Harsh V Shringla had mentioned that India is prepared to supply humanitarian help to Afghanistan and it has engaged with the representatives of the Taliban in Doha.
