Talking on the event, Prime Minister Imran Khan directed related authorities to implement the Sugar Factories (Management) Modification Act 2021, Punjab Prevention of Hoarding Act 2020, and the Punjab Registration of Godowns Act 2014 in opposition to sugar mafia and hoarders.
